Resourcing Partner – Make a difference

Location: Remote working with occasional travel to Redhill, Leatherhead, Bristol, Hampshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon

Salary: £Competitive plus SeeAbility benefits

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Permanent

This is your opportunity to step into a Resourcing Partner role where you own recruitment across your region. You’ll be responsible for filling vital positions such as support workers, activities coordinators, managers and nurses, ensuring the right people are in place to deliver outstanding support for those we support.

What we're looking for: We want someone with proven recruitment experience who can show success and creativity in attracting talent in a tough, social care, high‑volume market. You’ll be tenacious, resourceful and ready to think differently when traditional approaches don’t work. Independence is key; you’ll be trusted to run your region with confidence, but you’ll also thrive as part of a supportive team that shares ideas and celebrates wins together.
