Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS within residential groundworks or civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of new build housing schemes for housing associations and developers.
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on across commercial delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all commercial aspects of projects across the Midlands.
• Oversee cost planning, tendering, procurement, valuations and final accounts.
• Manage and mentor a small team of QSs.
