A prominent social housing provider in Bradford is seeking a Rent and Service Charge Manager to oversee financial operations and service charge team. You will lead budgeting and compliance while ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders. Could you be Incommunities new Rent and Service Charge Manager? This is an exciting opportunity, leading the day-to-day operations of our rent setting and service charge team, overseeing key financial processes and driving service improvements. You’ll maximise and evidence cost recovery, ensure budgets and reviews are accurate and compliant and shape the policies and procedures that keep our services running smoothly, all while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver real impact.
