A local co-operative pharmacy group is seeking Relief Pharmacists to provide essential health services and support their teams across various locations in the UK. Successful candidates will need a master’s degree in pharmacy, a strong passion for healthcare, and excellent communication skills. This position offers flexible working hours and a range of benefits including up to 34 days of annual leave and professional development opportunities.
Our community pharmacies are at the heart of local life – helping people stay well, manage their health and feel supported when they need it most. As the largest Co-operative Pharmacy group, we’re proud to be more than just a place to collect prescriptions. From flu vaccinations and health advice to podiatry and wellbeing services, we’re a familiar and trusted presence in the communities we serve.
Our Relief Pharmacists play a vital role in keeping that care consistent and accessible across our network. By stepping into different pharmacies, you’ll help ensure every customer and member continues to receive the high‑quality care they rely on.
In this role, you’ll work alongside friendly, dedicated teams who care deeply about the people they look after. You’ll build rapport quickly, bring confidence and continuity to each pharmacy you support, and help create an environment where both customers and colleagues feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
