The successful candidate will focus on sourcing new business opportunities across the North of England and managing broker relationships for short-term lending. LendInvest has a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and target-driven Relationship Management specialist who is capable of procuring new business opportunities while delivering an exceptional level of service to clients in need of funding for short term lending. This will focus on coverage across the North of England and looking to initially transact deals up to £5m of bridging but there are further opportunities for larger transactions on a case by case bas is.
This role is hands‑on management of short‑term lending broker relationships.
