Regulatory Assistant – Chemicals
Location: Nantwich
Salary: £30,000-£35,000

A growing chemicals business is seeking a Regulatory Assistant to join their team and support product compliance and regulatory operations. You'll maintain accurate documentation, prepare SDS and labels, track formulations, and ensure products meet UK REACH, CLP, and Detergents Regulation requirements. The role also involves liaising with suppliers, supporting customer and authority queries, and contributing to the smooth running of regulatory workflows.

You will have:

  • Experience in regulatory, compliance, or administrative roles
  • A genuine interest in regulatory work and chemical compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A degree or vocational qualification in chemistry, biology, or a related scientific discipline

Desirable: knowledge of UK/EU chemical regulations, IUCLID experience, or regulatory certification.
