A leading care provider is seeking a Registered Manager for their Westfields location in Swaffham. You will be responsible for leading your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in Social Care.
  • A track record of achieving good or outstanding results at CQC inspection.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health and social care regulations.
