As the Registered Manager, you will play an instrumental part in building on the success of our established office. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside our Franchise Owner and an amazing team of Carers.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a “Good” or higher rating
  • Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients
  • Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
  • Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs
  • Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
  • Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
  • Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support
  • Support business growth and meet commercial targets
Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
  • Proven leadership in care management
  • Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car
  • Right to work full-time in the UK
