A leading care provider in Norwich is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a dedicated care team in delivering high-quality, person-centred support. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing daily operations, and empowering staff. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in care environments and strong leadership skills. A competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000 per annum is offered, along with various perks including life insurance and company pension.
Location: Norwich. Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (occasional weekend availability required).
As the Registered Manager, you'll lead a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support in line with CQC standards and the organisation's values. Reporting to the CEO and supported by the Operations Manager, you'll ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and compassionately promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion for every resident.
