A leading care organization in Kirby Muxloe is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for their children's home. You will lead a team to ensure compliance with regulations and high-quality care delivery. Job Title: Registered Manager – Children and Young People
Location: Kirby Muxloe, Leicester
Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs
Qualifications Required: NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People’s Services
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted home with a rating of "Good" or above

We are seeking a Registered Manager with strong leadership skills, a passion for high‑quality care, and a commitment to a supportive environment where children and young people can thrive. You must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or QCF Level 5 Diploma in a relevant field, and have a keen eye for detail and a focus on positive outcomes for young people.
Lead a dedicated team in a warm and friendly home, ensuring compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, and overseeing the delivery of high‑quality care.
Ongoing training and professional development, including a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
