We are proud to operate three state‑of‑the‑art training facilities. Our head office is based at Gloucestershire Airport, and to meet growing demand we have recently opened a second UK centre at Bournemouth Airport. We also offer training from our fair‑weather base in Vero Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering Theoretical Knowledge Instruction to Trainees
  • Monitoring Trainee progress
  • Preparing and maintaining Training Records
  • Ensuring their theoretical knowledge is current and up to date with all published learning objectives
  • Conducting administrative and other duties that directly support the role of the CTKI
  • Ensuring training policies and processes are followed
  • Communicating and promoting policies, procedures and standards throughout the Academy
  • Ensuring that all Theoretical Knowledge training documentation, manuals and courseware are fit for purpose and meet all requirements
Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience in delivering ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Instruction (desirable)
  • Experience in developing, revising, and overseeing course materials and examinations (desirable)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Supportive and approachable, motivational, mentoring and guiding students
  • Actively contributes to continuous improvement and standardisation of training delivery
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach, focused on ensuring students enjoy an excellent learning experience
  • Strong report writing skills and confident IT user, with sound knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
Remuneration

Salary £46,786 - £55,697 FTE (depending on experience).

Working Hours

Both Full Time and Part Time applications to be considered.
