Qualifications

• Qualified Painter and Decorator required.
• Awareness of Health & Safety protocols is essential.
• Experience of external painting on a large scale is desirable.
• Experience of working at heights is desirable.
• Current driving license and own transport are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mostly exterior works.
• Perform masonry and woodwork painting.
• Understand project descriptions and instructions.
• Build positive relationships with Residents in the homes.
• Travel across multiple sites in Perthshire.
