About the Role

We are looking for outstanding talent to join our EMEA Marketing Team. As an Associate Regional Market Development Specialist for the Agribusiness and Human Predictive Genomics (HPG) business, you will play a key role in driving the transformation of our business strategy into regionally relevant and inspiring marketing campaigns. Your efforts will directly contribute to crafting customer value, generating revenue, and fueling growth. This role is onsite.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve financial and marketing goals for designated portfolio, Agribusiness including AgriGenomics and Animal Health, and HPG
  • Launch new products (NPI) to customers and partners to achieve revenue targets, aligning with product management and commercial managers.
  • Partner with our Marketing Operations team to deploy campaigns and tactical plans, improving the breadth of marketing channels.
  • Enable our sales channels (direct and channel partners) by providing impactful marketing, tools, and training to achieve financial and campaign goals.
  • Regularly report to senior leadership and perform detailed analysis & reporting around business performance, customers, markets, and segments
  • Lead your marketing budget, ensuring marketing activities achieve expectations
  • Gather feedback from customers, global and regional counterparts, and field sales to identify new market trends and opportunities
  • Regularly communicate metrics, successes, failures, and effective processes to enhance team efficiency through oral and written means.
Requirements:
  • Proven molecular research market development experience and knowledge of key market players, products, and customer needs.
  • Marketing /sales background and a demonstrable ability to efficiently implement marketing/sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and operating within a matrix organization to achieve goals.
  • Proven track record meeting high-reaching objectives and developing strong working relationships
Skills:
  • Confirmed understanding of Life Science markets, with knowledge of competitors. Microarray commercial or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Impactful communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, catering to diverse customer audiences and peers to leadership
  • Willingness to learn and receive mentoring from peers, supervisors, and superiors to continuously improve and excel
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mentality, aiming to succeed and overcome failures to produce success

Ability to travel (up to 25% travel) in EMEA and occasionally Worldwide
