The Role

As Regional Manager, you’ll lead our established team in Birmingham, overseeing the delivery of our therapeutic fostering service across the West Midlands. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and inspiring a talented team.
• Ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
• Driving innovation and creativity in service delivery.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and stakeholders.

About You

• Qualified Social Worker, registered with SWE.
• Proven management experience in fostering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fostering legislation and safeguarding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus.
