The Role

As Regional Manager, You’ll Lead Our Established Team In Birmingham, Overseeing The Delivery Of Our Therapeutic Fostering Service Across The West Midlands. You’ll

• Manage and inspire a talented team
• Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance
• Drive innovation and creativity in service delivery
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and stakeholders

About You

• Qualified Social Worker, registered with SWE
• Proven management experience in fostering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of fostering legislation and safeguarding
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Confident with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics Charms is a bonus
