A community-focused organisation in Cambridge is seeking a Referral Coordinator on a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2027. This part-time position requires a commitment of 16 hours per week. The Coordinator will lead on all assessments received through a referral pathway, ensuring a trauma-informed approach to young people's assessments. The ideal candidate will have experience in social care, enabling young people to thrive and achieve their goals while managing referrals and supporting teams effectively.

The Young Futures Partnership (YFP) is made up of five supported accommodation providers across Cambridge and operates through a single referral pathway. This role will take the lead on all referrals received through that pathway, ensuring a consistent, trauma‑informed approach to young people’s assessments and working collaboratively with all relevant parties on assessment outcomes.
The role will also support the YFP’s commitment to putting service users at the centre of the service, empowering young people to achieve their goals and aspirations.

16 hours a week, Monday 9am – 2pm, Wednesday 9am – 3pm and Friday 9am – 3pm.
