What will your job look like

• Working with hiring managers and client leads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Creating and posting job adverts on various platforms, and managing inbound applications.
• Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Managing the candidate journey, from initial contact to onboarding,Advising internal stakeholders and clients on hiring strategies and market conditions.
• Ensuring all recruitment practices are compliant with employment law and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reports, and metrics using internal systems.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
• Occasionally attending job fairs, industry events, or university career sessions to build talent pipelines
