Our people are the most important element of what we do and we are looking for a talented individual to join our recruitment team on a temporary basis and make a real difference by recruiting and on‑boarding some great new Dee Set colleagues who are as passionate about retail as we are.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys recruiting within a fast paced environment.

Tasks are varied and based on business requirements – some of the key day to day responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and refreshing Job Adverts.
  • Screening Candidates.
  • Interviewing and selection.
  • Checking Right to Work documents.
  • Keeping our recruitment platform up to date.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth on‑boarding process.

We are looking for candidates who possess a real “can do” attitude and who can demonstrate the following skills:

  • Previous administrative and customer services experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive in nature and forward thinking using your own initiative.
  • Being proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Confident in communicating with candidates and key stakeholders.
  • Results driven to support the recruitment needs of the business.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £25,500 per annum.
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week ) between 8am - 5pm.
  • Location: (Fenton) Stoke on Trent Head Office.
  • The opportunity of Hybrid working on completion of full training.
