Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Review incoming applications and screener question responses
  • Identify qualified candidates and share recommendations with the hiring team
  • Schedule interviews and confirm details with candidates and interviewers
  • Maintain accurate notes and tracking of candidate progress
  • Assist with posting job openings and managing communication with applicants
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws during the recruitment process.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting process as needed
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative work preferred. Familiarity with technical recruiting is a plus.

Base Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
