We are looking for a skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Manning Elliott LLP in Surrey. This individual will play a key role in providing administrative assistance to our Partners and production team, as well as handling client reception duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possess strong organizational skills, and exhibit excellent communication abilities. 1-3 years Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a professional services setting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Possess exceptional organizational skills.
Able to complete assignments with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple assignments.
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Provides high-quality word processing and appropriate distribution of all correspondence, engagement draft and end-product materials
Provides general team administrative support as specified or needed (including intra-team and intra-office)
Proofread and prepare proposal packages
Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Actively supports and participates in firm-wide initiatives
Participates in the firm’s Team Development and Performance Management program
Promotes the firm’s Quality Control Standards
The salary range for this position is $48,000 to $55,000. Individual salaries within this range will be dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.
