Job summary

A nationwide property support company is seeking a Real Estate Property Viewing Agent in Liverpool. In this freelance role, you'll have the flexibility to work around your schedule while conducting property viewings and inspections. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, reliability, and must have a recent DBS certificate. Compensation is based on per appointment, with typical earnings of around £19 for a standard viewing.

Qualifications

• Must have a DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate dated within the last 3 years.
• Ability to work alone and manage appointments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients.

Responsibilities

• Show properties to potential buyers and tenants.
• Conduct meet & greet appointments and inspections.
• Perform photography and create floor plans.

Would you like to show potential buyers and tenants around properties in your spare time to add to your existing income? Or does the world of photography ignite your passion? Either way, we would love to hear from you! We’re looking for candidates with availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections and more.
