About the Role

IntSol Recruitment is seeking experienced PCV Bus Drivers for rail replacement work across London.

This is a flexible driving opportunity ideal for those wanting to pick up extra hours or weekend shifts — with no fixed rota or long-term commitment required.

You’ll cover London Overground and Underground routes when rail services are suspended, keeping passengers moving safely andefficiently.

Driver Requirements

• Valid UK PCV (Category D) Driving Licence
• Valid CPC Qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ bus driving experience
• At least 1 year driving London Double Deckers
• No more than 6 penalty points (no TT99, DR10, CD offences)
• Confident learning routes via maps and route videos
• Weekend availability essential
• Knowledge of London routes (preferred)
• Must live within commutable distance of London

Pay Rates

PAYE:

• Weekend: £20.36 per hour
• Weekend Nights: £22.03 per hour
• Boxing Day: £29.25 per hour

PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay:

• Weekend: £22.82 per hour
• Weekend Nights: £23.67 per hour
• Boxing Day: £32.78 per hour

Umbrella Assignment Rate:

• Weekend: £27.04 per hour
• Weekend Nights: £28.05 per hour
• Boxing Day: £38.84 per hour
