• Experience working on high-value projects across multiple sectors.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT & NEC.
• Excellent numerical, IT, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of budgets.
• Procurement of Supply Chain and preparation of order documentation.
• Assessment and certification of Sub-Contractor interim payments.
• Preparation of Interim Valuations and Final Account submissions.
• Managing and valuing Variation accounts.
