Qualifications

  • Construction Experience working on high-value projects across multiple sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, education, infrastructure, defence.
  • Ability to travel frequently to Site, as and when required.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and analysis of budgets.
  • Procurement of the Supply Chain and preparation of order documentation.
  • Assessment and certification of Sub-Contractor interim payments.
  • Preparation of Interim Valuations and Final Account submissions.
  • Managing and valuing Variation accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation of Extension of Time claims.
  • Identification and management of Commercial risks.
  • Production of monthly Cost Value Reconciliation reports.
