We’re looking for a Quality Compliance Engineer to join our team and help ensure our products and manufacturing processes continue to meet the highest standards of excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, engineering-led environment where you’ll have a direct impact on innovation and quality in both manufacturing and compliance.

What You'll Do:

Support the Compliance Director in developing and maintaining robust quality processes

Perform ISO audits and manage compliance across all sites

Drive continuous improvement by identifying and mitigating risks in manufacturing processes

Lead internal and external audits and manage critical suppliers

Engage in training initiatives, from Quality Awareness to toolbox talks

Contribute to maintaining and improving ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certifications


What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality role in a technical or manufacturing environment

Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 process management

A keen interest in environmental processes (ISO14001:2015) and ISO45001:2023 accreditation

A hands-on, practical approach—you’ll spend up to 50% of your time on the shop floor

Engineering or technical qualification with experience in quality management systems
