  • Liaise with carriers, networks, and suppliers to resolve delays or issues.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the main contact for non-mobile orders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

  • Work Pattern: Office Based (5 days onsite)

The Provisioning Delivery Co-Ordinator plays a crucial role in managing the provisioning and delivery of customer orders for Fixed Line, Broadband, and IP Phone Systems, supporting the growth of our Telecoms Solutions.

This is a 12-month contract role providing maternity cover.

  • Manage customer orders (Broadband/Leased Line/Hosted), providing updates via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate notes on CRM system for all orders.
  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly, adhering to SLAs and customer needs.
  • Monitor and manage workflows internally and with third parties.
  • Liaise with carriers, networks, and suppliers to resolve delays or issues.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the main contact for non-mobile orders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Update and oversee provisioning processes and workflows as needed.
  • Maintain order tracking data and key information.
