Job summary

A leading automotive company located in Gaydon is seeking a Prototype Vehicle Technician to join their innovative team. The role involves vehicle preparation, assembly, and building with a strong emphasis on mechanical and electrical skills. Candidates must hold Level 3 automotive qualifications and have hands-on vehicle assembly experience. This position offers £34.13 per hour under a 12-month contract, with possible extensions and the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 qualifications in an automotive discipline.
• Experience with vehicle assembly/build work is essential.
• Flexible attitude towards working hours as overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble and build vehicles including trim and final assembly.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
• Diagnose and log build issues and engineering improvements.
