• Assist the Sales manager to secure and maintain market share in sales.
• Conduct property measure ups and manage brochure production.
• Monitor your stock numbers and analyze local competition.
• Work with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-selling of services between departments.
• Negotiate sales towards successful exchange and completion.
• Support the Sales manager in achieving branch targets.
• Develop understanding of the branch's profit and loss.
