A recruitment agency is seeking a proactive Property Manager in Chatham to manage a portfolio of residential properties. The role involves coordinating maintenance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining landlord-tenant relationships. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, handling disputes, and onboarding new landlords. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, and property management experience is a plus. This is a full-time role with occasional property visits expected.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, 30‑minute lunch break
Every other Saturday with day off in the week
Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of 50–70 residential properties, predominantly HMOs. You will act as the dedicated point of contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring a high standard of service from move‑in through to tenancy end.
You will be responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day management of your portfolio, coordinating maintenance, compliance, and communication, while maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships. Success in this role is measured by client satisfaction, retention, and contribution to the company’s reputation for excellence.
