Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £34,247.00 per annum

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Inspector to join our Repairs Team within our Property Maintenance and Construction Department based at Ashington.

You will be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective technical service to all our domestic, non-domestic and commercial properties so that we meet all our responsive, planned, cyclical maintenance and property management requirements. You will therefore need experience of investigating general property defects along with damp remedial works along with condition surveys and providing suitable resolutions and reports.

To be successful in this role you will have a flexible approach and experience of delivering a wide range of property maintenance services within a social housing, target driven environment. For the technical bit you will need to have a full trade or professional qualification in a construction related industry together with a relevant health and safety qualification or experience along with Asbestos awareness. You must also have a driving licence for this role.
