Base Pay Range

Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: Camberley

Brand: LRG

Salary: £31,500 OTE inclusive of commission

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

Hybrid working model offered after successful completion of a 6 months probation period.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Romans are seeking a Property Administrator to join our dynamic team in Camberley. While experience is beneficial, it is not essential. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and support, acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, handling inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth tenancy process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy.
  • Accept and understand tenant maintenance requirements, offering a triage service to attempt issue resolution.
  • If unresolved, communicate the issue to the landlord with a solution and arrange works with a dedicated contractor.
  • Update all parties regularly via phone, email, or text, and log notes.
  • Make regular “well‑being” calls to the landlord.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all works are completed, invoiced within 21 days, and that customers are updated on progress.
  • Ensure mandatory compliance/legislation is in place on all properties and that company processes are followed when not.
  • Work with the Property Visit Clerks to ensure all properties are inspected as required and that landlords and tenants receive communication in line with company policy.
  • Place calls to all managed landlords and tenants two weeks prior to vacation to explain the check‑out process and timelines.
  • Handle non‑managed deposits that are part of the No Deposit Scheme.
  • Ensure the check‑out process is followed and communication sent via the Depositary site.
  • Work with team leaders, head of centres, and the branch network to understand reasons for any lost units.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external customers.
