At Come Up Higher To Greater Levels (CUH2GL) our aim is to ensure every volunteer is well equipped, supported, and confident in their role — and that every woman we serve is treated with dignity, safety, and compassion. Purpose:
We need someone or people who can help to support the delivery of flexible Wellness and Self-Care Sessions for women post refuge experience or recovering from domestic abuse, helping create a calm, safe and empowering environment.

We need someone or people who can support monthly distribution of food, toiletries, clothing and essential items to women in refuges or temporary accommodation.

As an individual who has survived challenges at different stages of life through the thick and thin and now a specialist health professional and empowerment coach, the founder (Olanike Bejide) at Come Up Higher To Greater Level has been tried and tested and is on a mission to help the community.
