Responsibilities
  • Shape the annual Transformation & Technology (T&T) change plan with the Transformation Planning Manager and make sure it fits into our overall business plan.
  • Build strong relationships across the business (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, People) and with external partners too.
  • Lead the delivery of the T&T portfolio of projects, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Chair the monthly T&T portfolio forum, bringing sharp analysis and process rigor to the table.
  • Mentor project managers and share best practices to support change adoption.
  • Support the development of T&T project managers to deliver change effectively.
About You

A knack for project and program management, ideally in an FMCG manufacturing world. Solid understanding of change management. Brilliant leadership and communication skills. Curious mind and sharp problem‑solving skills. Ability to work hand‑in‑hand with different teams.
