A geophysical survey company is looking for a Project Officer to manage geophysical survey projects, from commissioning to reporting. Your role will involve overseeing multiple projects and ensuring quality assurance throughout the process. Candidates should have strong project management skills and experience handling client communications. This position offers a salary range of £38,900 – £43,300 per annum, along with various employee benefits.
The Project Officer will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of geophysical survey projects from commissioning to reporting. Jobs may range from less than a hectare, to in excess of 1000ha in size.
Survey types include magnetometry, electromagnetics, ground penetrating radar & others for both heritage and non-heritage purposes.
Geophysical Project Officers report to the Geophysical Survey Managers
Please note that Project Officers are expected to occasionally do site visits or fieldwork but is on an ad hoc basis.
