Are you passionate about supporting and developing vibrant, resilient and connected communities across Devon?

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team and help deliver a diverse portfolio of community development, regeneration and enterprise support projects across the county. We’re an independent charity committed to empowering dynamic, resilient rural and coastal communities across Devon to shape their own futures.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure delivery on time, on budget and aligned with strategic goals
  • Work closely with partners, funders and local communities
  • Represent DCT externally and contribute to strategic planning
  • Support initiatives from community‑led planning to small business and social enterprise support
