Project Lead Architect - London

Compensation: £50,000 - £70,000 / year

Maccreanor Lavington is a multi-award winning, design led architectural practice with offices in London and Rotterdam. Our vision is to create places where all can thrive, and we keep this at the forefront as we design. We work at scale, from whole city master plans to single storey dwellings, and have a team of people dedicated in the pursuit of good quality sustainable architecture.
We currently have an opportunity for a senior Architect with experience of leading projects in the residential sector. We are particularly interested in meeting people whose design ethos and aspirations align with our own, have experience working at later stages, leading teams, and managing the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities

As the project lead you be the first point of call for all project related activity, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, whilst steering the project team and keep the programme on track. You'll be an excellent communicator, a good leader, and able to create an environment within the project where creativity, collaboration, focus can flourish, and people can do their best work.
