Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management – Timeline oversight: Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as needed while monitoring critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
  • Performance Reporting – Progress tracking: Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timelines are met. Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management – Identify risks: Work with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resource-related risks.
  • Financial Management and Cost Control – Budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring.
  • Tools and Systems Management – System utilisation: Manage and optimise the use of project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Experience in project scheduling, planning, cost control and risk management.
  • Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
  • A relevant qualification such as from APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2 or PMP would be of benefit.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
