Location: Bellshill (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours/week)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

At Kick ICT, we’re looking for a Project Administrator to join our dynamic services delivery team. This role is perfect for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly and wants to gain hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Infor SunSystems project environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Schedule and coordinate small client jobs, consultancy days, and system updates

Maintain shared calendars, inboxes and resource schedules

Record and update task progress, timesheets and client communications

Assist with project administration, including document filing and updating logs

Prepare simple reports or summaries on completed work and upcoming tasks

Support consultants and project managers with admin requests and meeting coordination

Maintain consistent templates and document standards across projects

Liaise with clients for scheduling or information requests in a professional manner

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Previous experience in an admin, coordination or customer support role

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach

Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Interest in technology, business systems or project delivery

Desirable (not essential)

Experience supporting ERP or CRM systems (e.g Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Familiarity with resource scheduling
