Production Team Member and Lathe Operator

Victor Insulators, a ‘Greater Rochester Top 100’ fast‑growing privately owned company, has multiple openings for Production Team Members and Lathe Operators.

This is an IN‑PERSON position at our Victor, New York headquarters. Support for all three shifts available and needed!

Position Description/Desired Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, be able to use powered hand‑held tools, and the capability to read and interpret blueprints. Positions require flexibility in job assignments and some amount of physical exertion. Training is provided.

Salary Range: Starting at $20 per hour plus shift premiums.
