About the Role

Do you want to earn a minimum of £505 per week? We’re looking for Production Operatives to join our team based at our Yazor site in Hereford! No experience necessary, full training is provided!

Working Hours: 40 hours per week rotational shift pattern 05:00-14:00 / 14:00-23:00 Monday to Friday rotational shift pattern.

About the Role

So you’ll be working in a fast‑paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Duties
  • Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for despatch.
  • Labelling and grading of products.
  • Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg.
What We’re Looking For
  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
  • Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Due to Bird Welfare, it is essential that you do not own any Avian Pets or Poultry.
