· Observe and collaborate with production managers or engineers to gain insights into current workflows and operational processes.

· Document processes, layouts, production timelines, and resource allocations.

· Gather production data (e.g., cycle times, downtime, yield rates).

· Help develop or update production schedules.

· Support in aligning supply chain inputs with production timelines.

· Assist with time-motion studies or root cause analyses.

· Monitor material flow and stock levels.

· Assist in reconciling usage vs. planning discrepancies.

· Generate basic reports and dashboards to track production KPIs.

· Work with cross-functional teams (quality, maintenance, operations).

· Participate in sessions to address production issues (e.g., machine downtime, quality failures).

· Present findings or solutions to the consulting/project team.
