Responsibilities

• Join a London-based team and take a central role in shaping the future development of internal tools and platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into clear priorities for the product and engineering teams.
• Ensure alignment with overall business goals and vision.
• Drive customer-focused, data-driven product design, and expand and enhance the product offering.
• Foster a culture of innovation and oversee the delivery of solutions across multiple teams.
• Provide application support, user testing, and training to ensure successful adoption and maximum impact of the tools developed.
• Manage product requirements, conduct analysis, and oversee the delivery of solutions across multiple teams.

Qualifications / Key Skills

• Over 6 years of experience in product management, with proven ability to advocate for both product strategy and user experience.
• At least 2 years of experience developing products within shipping or maritime solutions.
• A genuine passion for creating outstanding products through continuous experimentation, iteration, and optimisation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail in both analysis and written work.
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in product development.
• Familiarity with calculation models is highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to build end-to-end solutions, collaborate effectively across teams, identify opportunities to leverage features, and clearly articulate the business value of enhancements.
