Job description

Here at tombola, we're on the hunt for sharp, commercially-minded Product Managers to join our award winning Game Studio team. This isn't just a job; it’s a chance to be the strategic owner of the commercial success of our products!

We’re not just any online gaming site; we’re the UK's biggest, and we pride ourselves on building impactful, player-first products right here in-house.

What You'll Be Getting Up To (A Glimpse into Your New Role!) 🚀

You are the strategic owner of 'the what' and 'the why' for our new games and existing portfolio. A typical day might look like this:

  • Creating, championing, and socialising a clear product vision and strategic roadmap for your specialism.
  • Building comprehensive, data-backed and compelling business cases for new products and/or projects, defining target audiences and value propositions.
  • Working with research teams to conduct in-depth market, competitor, and player research to identify new opportunities.
  • Owning revenue forecasting and continuously monitoring KPIs (engagement, retention, GGR) for your game portfolio.
  • Leading a culture of experimentation to optimise products, deciding whether to invest, optimise, or sunset products.
What We're Looking For in You (Your Superpowers!) 🧠

We're looking for someone who is pro-active, responsible, strategic, and ready to challenge assumptions with data.

The Must-Haves:

  • Proven background in a Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analysis role.
  • Fluency in data analysis and interpretation to drive product decisions and create strong business cases.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management and Communication skills for articulating vision and strategy.
  • Strong capabilities in Strategic Thinking, Vision Setting, and Product Roadmap Creation.
  • Demonstrated Commercial Awareness and understanding of market dynamics.

The Nice-to-Haves (Bonus points if you have these!):

  • Previous experience working in a tech, gaming, iGaming or product-led company.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation design and analysis.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau or Google Analytics.
Why This Role is a Game-Changer for You ✨

You'll be making a huge impact on the financial and player success of our core products. This is a brilliant opportunity to own the business success of your products and directly influence investment decisions, all while operating in a supportive, data-driven environment.

Ready to take the next step at Tombola? If you're passionate about gaming and ready to blend commercial strategy with player insight, we'd love to hear from you!
