Our Product Management team is growing. We are seeking a temporary Product Manager

, with a proventrack recordin AI and ML/decisioning methodologies, to join our Solution Product Management team, and lead on the Scoring and Alerting capabilities of our Decision Intelligence Platform,with a particular focus on delivering on theevolution of the decisioning strategy.You will bereporting directly to the Head of Product forSolutions.Unsurprisingly,we’reseeing huge focus on this space from board level,ourcustomersand the wider market and this isa great opportunityto lead one of the hottest areas in our company, right at the centre of our high-growth unicorn business

What will I be doing?

• End-to-end ownership of theScoring and Alertingcapability across ourplatform, including out of the box libraries.We believe in ‘full stack product management’.The code is not theproduct,it’sjust part of it.

• You will align the company behindyourvision forourScoring and Alerting capabilities: doing whatever it takes to drive-out uncertainty and get people onboard.

• You will work with other members of Product and the subject matter experts(includingdatascientists and Industry and Solution experts)in the rest of the company to deeply understand our problem space.

• You’rein charge of setting goals and OKRs as well as initial discovery & research.

• You’llcollaborate with customers, and internal stakeholders such as Sales and account teams, internal SMEs, and engineers to uncover unmet needs andvalidateyour approachand create and deliver a roadmap.

• You will work closely with Product Marketing to articulate the value of the new offerings, create a launchplanand make the biggest impact in the market with yourgreat work.

• We’renot done there: product managers atQuantexaare fully accountable for the value their products deliver. This means you lead adoption, working throughout customer success,salesand delivery teams to move the needle on your goals, and then measure the success in the market through solid KPIs.

• You will know your area of the software inside out, particularly ourscoring methodologiesand will use this knowledge to support our customers and other areas of the business using the product. The lessons learnt will be a key contribution you make in product discussions.

What do I need to have?

• At leastthreeyears'experience as a Product Manager in a software company and a track recordof success managing complex productsB2B enterprise products.

• Direct experience indecision modelling, scoring methodologies (e.g., scorecards, rule-based scoring, ML-based scoring), and managing technical productsfocused on these technologies.

• Experience in complex decisioning processes like Risk, Transaction Monitoringor Fraud is a plus

• Someone who has led prioritisation and direction of engineering teams; and has experience of developing roadmaps.

• A sound understanding of end-to-end productinception,developmentand release processes; strong product thinking

• Customer-facing experience in translating problems into requirements and capability in-line with productstrategy;

• A smart,self-motivatedand pragmatic person who is happy to take initiative and run complex projects in a highly dynamic environment.

• An excellent team worker with the desire and ability to think independently

• Someone who challenges the status quo, and can stand up to more senior colleagues

An ideal candidate would also have one or more of the following:

• Enterprisesoftwareproduct management experience

• Domain knowledge in one of our solution domains:Fincrime& AML / KYC / Data management / Customer intelligence / Risk

• Experience in start-ups/scale-ups
