We are recruiting a Procurement Support Administrator on a 12-month FTC, to provide accurate and detailed administration support to the procurement function. This role provides high quality administration support to aid management of procurement, sub-contractor administration, ERP database, ISO accreditation, purchasing MI reports, responding to queries and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft AX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide admin support for procurement documents (Warranty, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, ISO defects, Commissioning)
  • Database management
  • Produce reports
  • Expedite purchase orders
  • Liaise with sales, service, projects, and logistics to resolve queries
  • Manage ISO accreditation for purchasing/logistics
  • Purchase PPE, stationery, and general supplies for Burntwood, Brownhills, and Gloucester sites
  • Procure contractors for site maintenance
  • Integrate new price lists onto ERP system
  • Adhere to March policies and procedures
