Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you’ll manage sourcing strategies, tenders, and operational procurement to support our strategic objectives and sustainability commitments. What you’ll do: Lead sourcing and tender processes across key categories (Pharma, Medical Services, Facilities, IT, Indirects). Drive cost savings through supplier consolidation and contract negotiations. Act as procurement partner for operational teams, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Manage supplier relationships, risk, and performance. Provide accurate reporting and maintain governance standards. What we’re looking for: Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement operations (healthcare or regulated multi-site desirable). Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with RFPs/RFQs, e-tendering, and contract management systems. Highly organised, proactive, and skilled in stakeholder engagement. CIPS qualification desirable.
