A prominent energy company in Peterhead is looking for an Administrator to support their Process Support function at the Power Station. The role involves managing administrative tasks, completing data entry, and maintaining essential documents. Ideal candidates will have S/NVQ Level 2 in Administration, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Office 365. Salary: £29,504 - £34,757 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

SSE Thermal are recruiting an Administrator to join their Process Support function based at Peterhead Power Station. In this role, you will support the tasks necessary for providing an efficient, customer focussed Process Support function to the Station.
-Be responsible for administrative tasks arising from process change procedures including; collating & updating information for the periodic meetings held on site i.e. Risk Committee, SHE Review, Outage Meetings, etc
- Complete data entry, processing, and evaluation for effective monitoring of the station’s Health Safety and Environmental (SHE) performance
- Deliver relevant Thermal and Corporate SHE Initiatives.
- Maintain digital documents, the management of SharePoint and Teams sites.
- Complete of local HR administrative tasks.
- Provide Ad Hoc General administrative support when required from other teams at the station
- S/NVQ Level 2 in Administration and / or previous administrative experience.
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You'll be a great team player and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must be computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Office 365
