Job description
Overview

CIUFOLI is an art-jewelry house defined by Geometric Essentialism — architectural forms realised in rare, exacting materials (meteorite, mammoth ivory, forged carbon, ebony, titanium). We serve a clientele who collect, not merely purchase. London is our new stage: hotel vitrine at The Berkeley, discreet trunk-shows, and private home appointments.

Discretion is absolute. If you can host a faultless 60-minute Berkeley appointment for a sculpture-led client who avoids logos — and land a deposit — you will feel at home at CIUFOLI.

What you will lead
  • High-touch appointments — hotel/suite/home/video — converting considered dialogue into paid deposits and measured closes.
  • Micro-salons (6–12 guests) with clear attribution and disciplined follow-up.
  • Partnerships with elite concierges, family offices, private banks, galleries and member clubs that compound into referral loops.
  • Bespoke stewardship: materials, stones, proportion, finish; shepherding CAD/renders without losing the CIUFOLI line.
  • Flawless hygiene: CRM that reads like a ledger; AML/KYC complete; export/VAT and insured logistics handled cleanly.
Who will thrive here
  • A proven private-client seller with recent (last 24 months) transactions in the £50k–£500k+ range, delivering repeat and referral business.
  • Channel-agnostic and unafraid of the quiet room: you sell as well over tea as over WhatsApp or video—no dependence on footfall.
  • Design-literate, comfortable speaking to materiality and on-body form.
  • Diligent with compliance, familiar with UK high-value goods, and calm with the details that matter.
Distinct advantages

Relationships across concierge ecosystems, wealth management, independent watchmaking and contemporary art; Italian/Arabic/Russian helpful; tasteful, permissioned content fluency for 1:1 selling.

What “good” looks like by 90 days
  • 12–18 qualified introductions from your book; one micro-salon hosted with 3+ second meetings.
  • 30–40 active opportunities with complete MEDDICC/BANT fields.
  • 2–3 paid deposits and the first referral loop formalised.
Compensation (indicative)
  • Commission: 5–8% on collected revenue with accelerator to 10–12% over quarterly target
  • Trailing commission on repeat from self-sourced clients (12–24 months)
  • Event budget and T&E with ROI review; client data stewarded under MDM
