You’ll be joining our Personal Lines Broker Pricing Team, which looks after pricing and underwriting for our UK broker‑distributed personal lines products (home, motor and travel), with this role focused primarily on motor insurance.
Whether you’re new to the industry or already established, if you love working with data, solving problems and understanding the story behind the numbers, this could be the perfect next step.
This role provides high quality, analysis driven pricing and underwriting recommendations that help improve the performance of the motor products within our Broker portfolio.
You’ll be part of a diverse team from long‑standing colleagues to recent graduates who use data‑science‑led analytics to build innovative pricing models, drive product improvements and ensure we deliver good outcomes for customers while supporting Aviva’s growth.
Your work will span a broad range of responsibilities, from collaborating with brokers and internal stakeholders, through to generating insights that shape pricing strategy.
We operate a smart‑working model, spending around half of our time in the office, and this role is based in Norwich.
Training and support will be provided on the tools we use, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Radar, Earnix and SQL.
Prior experience of data analysis (from education or previous roles)
Strong analytical mindset and natural problem‑solving ability
Quick to learn with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Highly numerate, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise workload in line with business objectives
