Now Hiring: Premium Hospitality Trainer

Location: Liverpool – Hill Dickinson Stadium

Hours: 40 hours per week (Full Time - Must be available matchdays)

Be part of history in the making at the brand new Hill Dickinson Stadium – the proud new home of Everton Football Club. We’re looking for a passionate Premium Hospitality Trainer with a love for people, service, and Scouse hospitality to help us build a restaurant team worthy of a club with real roots and real pride.

About the role

As our onsite Premium Hospitality Trainer, you’ll coach our front-of-house teams to deliver casual and fine dining restaurant service that’s as confident, polished and memorable as a Leighton Baines free kick. From à la carte dining to directors boxes, you’ll help set the gold standard for the ultimate guest experience.

• Leading induction and floor-based training for restaurant service staff.
• Coaching on premium standards: table service, wine & menu knowledge, bar service and guest care.
• Inspiring confidence, energy and pride in every new starter that enters the top tiers.
• Partnering with supervisors and managers to deliver consistency and confidence.
• Being a visible leader on event days – part coach, part captain.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience training or leading restaurant teams as a manager
• Knows what top service looks like, and how to bring others up to that level
• Can communicate with clarity, humour and heart (bonus points for speaking fluent Scouse)
• Believes in hospitality that’s warm, professional and highly personal
• Thrives in fast-paced, matchday-style environments
